And again
Push ups, Rest day.
Sit ups, 30.
Squats, 35.
Bike, Rest day.
Running, 35 minutes. Run 5, walk 5, run 5.
Can't run on a full stomach, but on an empty one I feel a bit woozy. Got to find a balance.
