Total Recall
Mar. 28th, 2012 09:23 amJim's birthday celebrations were only slightly interrupted by dropping off the Honda at the dealer. The airbag apparently has a flaw. This car has been crunched up a few times in the course of our living near LAX, but never so badly the airbag deployed. Maybe it should have?
All in all though, I love our CR-V. It represents things going well for us for the first time after a bad downward spiral. It may have been the car I took Jake to therapy at UCLA, but it was also the car we took to Vegas, Phoenix, and even Ashland.
Riding in it the other day though, I realized we'd outgrown it. Or at least that Jakob no longer found the backseat all that comfy. He needed more legroom than the car could ideally give. This from the kid, who when we bought the car was smaller than Seanie, and removed the back panel for the jack to "surf" in the trunk space.
