xylieManaged to visit Orlando in August. I don't really recommend anywhere in the South in the summer unless you're fond of living in a shower, but it was the time that created the least schedule conflicts for everyone.
Niece and nephew were a lot of fun. Katy's very pleasant for someone just staring out in their teens and Matthew definitely loved hanging out with "the guys". The boys were happy to see their cousins as well, so over all it worked out.
Managed to do all four Disney World parks in one day. Ouch. I do not recommend such a course of action to anyone who loves their feet or sleep. On the other hand, 4 parks in 2 days. Score! I got my money's worth Disney World. Oh yes I did.

Date: 2012-09-06 10:09 pm (UTC)But our Buzz Lightyear is superior, better guns. Our Pirates has more soul. Our Haunted mansion is better organized. WDW is limited by how much exposure rides and riders can take to the elements. This leaves their Small World enclosed, looking a bit tacky.
Animal Kindom was awesome though, and the fireworks show at Epcott can't be beat.
